🎣Pielanders

The Pielanders Slice actually spend most of their time on the coast, not inland. Sailing and fishing along the seas of Pieland, they are a relatively harmonious Slice. They share their lands with the Piesces and Pierates.

Highly sociable, Pielanders often have a trusty companion such as a seal or a Pielican and enjoy showing off their latest haul from the seas. Sailing is the way of life for Pielanders, so they are often seen with an anchor, paddle, or harpoon. Pielanders spend their long, lazy days at sea piefecting their accordion skills while smoking their pipes at sunset.

The Pielanders enjoy the company of the Piesons Slice. But the Pielanders’ peaceful nature quickly shifts if another Slice disrupts them. They are often an easy target for the Pierates, who regularly demand tribute in exchange for protection. Pielanders have little patience for Octopies that do not enjoy a good fish, straight from the sea. For these reasons, they are not fans of Doughbots and Zompies.

Next time you’re relaxing on the beaches of Pieland and wonder what that fishy smell is, there’s a good chance a Pielander is nearby.

The Admiral

The Admiral has spent almost their entire life exploring the sea, in search of a way to beat the mysterious beast known only as The Kraken. The battle hardened Admiral strikes fear into the heart of other Pielanders, which drives them to respect and listen to this Octopie. Always seen with a paddle in hand, The Admiral won't hesitate to lash out at a fellow Pielander not taking commands. Unfortunately, the more passive fishing Pielanders and lone wolf Whalers make this an ongoing concern.
